HOW TO START
Use one amenity per workbook copy. Define the observation window in Summary, collect varied observations and review the eight dimensions with evidence. Assign an activation test and retest using a consistent method.

Excel .xlsx is primary. No native Google Sheets template, macros, CRM connection or automatic analytics import is included. Formula cells are visually distinguished, not password protected. Check formulas, dates, dropdowns and links after importing elsewhere. Use a compatible PDF reader for fillable fields.
WHAT THE RESULTS MEAN
The score is evidence-informed assessor judgment, not a validated industry benchmark. Activation Gap™ is points below the framework maximum, not recoverable revenue. Observations count people seen per snapshot, not unique residents or a utilization percentage. Ratings are not automatically assigned from the log. No retention or ROI causation is established. Examples and screenshots use clearly labeled fictional data. The working files start clean.
